Roger Howell – Student Pastor
Roger is from Sapulpa, OK where he was both born and raised and where his family still lives to this day. It was through this upbringing that both helped and hindered his decision to follow Christ because of knowing what to say and how to say it. It wasn’t until the age of 15 that Roger truly turned his life to Christ as Savior.
After leaving Sapulpa for East Central University in Ada, OK Roger went on to receive a Bachelors of Science Degree in Vocal Music Education. It was also during this time that Roger felt God call him into becoming a Student Pastor.
Roger joined the WABC family in 2008, before that he served in each of the 3 Oklahoma Area codes in Ada, Coalgate, Minco & Broken Arrow (OK).
Roger has been married to his High School Sweetheart, Lisa since 2003. They have two beautiful daughters, Mckyla (1) and Abby (due September 09).
Roger enjoys a multitude of different activities while hanging with student or with his family from Roller Hockey, Soccer, Paintball, Bowling, Golf, Frisbee Golf or Cheering on His Florida Gators, Pittsburg Penguins or Chicago Cubs.
